Reservation Policies
- We accept American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover Cards
- Massachusetts lodging tax not included in room rate
- Check in any time after 3:00 pm, check out by 11 am
- Room rate includes complimentary coffee & pastries
- Room rate includes 2 guests, $15 per night each additional guest
- Kids age 12 and under stay free
- Cots are available for a $5.00 nightly charge
- All rooms are non smoking. FREE wireless internet
- All Rates subject to change
- Saturday nights we have a two night minimum (May-November)
ADDITIONAL POLICIES:
Our office hours are 7:30am to 9:30pm.
Please note that check in is anytime after 3:00. Please let us know if you will be arriving after office hours so we can arrange for a key pickup.
Parking Policy
We allow only one car per room, we have limited space for additional cars for a fee of $30 a night, based on availability at time of check in. (Memorial Day- Halloween)
Deposit Policy
1-4 night stays a deposit of one night room and tax is required at the time of booking.
5 nights or more a deposit of 2 nights room and tax is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation outside of 14 days prior to check in, your deposit will be refunded less $25 cancellation fee. Cancellation inside of 14 days your deposit will be forfeited. You are responsible for your entire stay once you have checked in.
Change Fee
Any changes to your reservation will incur a $25 fee.
Dog Fee
All pets must be registered at the front desk and be accompanied by dog owner at all times. There is a $20 fee per dog, per night. If you have not registered your dog while on property you will be charged an automatic penalty fee of $100, in addition to our dog fee.
Accommodations are designed for comfort and overlook the beach. Guests may choose Double Rooms with two double beds, or there are rooms with one double bed and one sofa bed. Half of the inns rooms offer efficiencies which is very convenient. All rooms come equipped with free Wi-Fi, private bathrooms with included toiletries, flat-screen TVs, minifridges, and coffee makers.
Each morning, guests can awaken to complimentary coffee and pastries in our lobby, a wonderful start to any day spent on the beach or exploring local sights. There are also snacks and drinks available for sale. Many of the area’s tastiest restaurants and welcoming bars are also a short drive away.
